Authentic Success Global
Stephen Hill is an author, life strategist, and founder of Authentic Success Global. His path hasn't been a straight line — across decades of different careers and businesses, he searched for something that truly resonated. Along the way he faced a heart attack at 40, depression and anxiety in his late 40s, and rheumatoid arthritis in his early 50s. None of it stopped him. Each challenge deepened a burning desire to help others — particularly men — experience the best version of themselves.
The losses hit harder. Having people he knew take their own lives became one of the most powerful driving forces behind everything he does today.
In 2020 Stephen wrote Climbing the Happy Hill, channelling his own story — how he found himself in a hole of his own making, and what he did to climb out. The book helped, but something was still missing. That missing piece became Authentic Success — a model that allows men to experience genuine internal success without sacrificing the external success they've worked hard to build. Both. Together. That's authentic success.
The ASA app was a vision Stephen carried since writing the book — a way to bring its philosophies to life through simple, powerful daily practice. He believes every man deserves to be happy, and every man deserves a life that is truly his own. That belief is the gift he's built this for.
This app was born from Stephen’s own journey back from the rabbit hole he had created for himself. Climbing the Happy Hill became the catalyst — a deeply personal account of how the right mindset tools can transform your life from the inside out.
